1. What Is Amiga Fertility?
Amiga Fertility is not a fertility clinic and does not sell or provide medical treatments. Our service is support.
We help individuals and couples cut through overwhelming fertility information, understand their options, and navigate fertility treatment—especially when treatment takes place abroad. We provide guidance, coordination, education, and emotional support so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

We do not provide medical care, diagnosis, prescriptions, or treatment. All medical decisions are made solely between you and your licensed healthcare providers and fertility clinics.
3. No Medical Advice Disclaimer
All information provided by Amiga Fertility—whether via: Website content, Video calls, Emails or messages, Written summaries or explanations—is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing provided by Amiga Fertility should be interpreted as medical advice. Always consult a qualified medical professional regarding diagnosis, treatment, or medical decisions.
4. Who Uses Amiga Fertility
Our services are designed for people at all stages of their fertility journey. You must be 18 years or older to use our services.
5. Clinics and Third-Party Providers
Amiga Fertility works with a limited number of leading fertility clinic groups in Spain and Portugal. We do not work with every clinic in Spain. We may discuss clinics you already have in mind. We do not push specific clinics. We do not control clinic pricing, availability, medical decisions, or outcomes. Any treatment agreement is strictly between you and the clinic.
6. International Treatment & Travel
When treatment takes place abroad: Travel decisions remain your responsibility. Amiga may assist with planning and coordination. Clinics may offer “hybrid” or in-country treatment models. Amiga Fertility does not provide visas, insurance, or travel guarantees.
7. Medication & Pharmacies
Amiga Fertility does not sell or prescribe medication. If needed, we may: Advise on where/how to purchase medication in Spain, introduce you to international pharmacies experienced in fertility medication shipping. All medication decisions and prescriptions must come from your doctor or clinic.
8. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Fertility treatment involves biological variability and uncertainty. Amiga Fertility does not guarantee: Pregnancy, Embryo creation, Successful treatment, Live birth. Statistics, success rates, and examples are provided for context only and do not predict individual outcomes.
9. Fees and Payments
Fees for Amiga Fertility services will be clearly communicated before engagement. Unless explicitly stated: Fees apply only to advisory and support services. Medical costs, clinic fees, medications, travel, and accommodation are not included. Refunds are not applicable at any time.
10. User Responsibilities
You agree to: Provide accurate and truthful information. Use our services respectfully and lawfully. Understand that final decisions are yours. You remain fully responsible for your healthcare choices.
11. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Amiga Fertility is a U.S.-based company. We comply with applicable U.S. privacy laws and, where required, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users located in the European Union. Amiga Fertility complies with: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). Personal data is handled confidentially and only for service delivery. You agree that Amiga Fertility will share relevant data with the clinic to facilitate the treatments (email, name, purpose, and other relevant details). 12. Intellectual Property

13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amiga Fertility is not liable for: Medical outcomes or treatment decisions, Acts or omissions of clinics or third-party providers, Travel disruptions or treatment delays, nor Emotional or financial losses related to fertility outcomes. Use of our services is at your own discretion.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection laws apply otherwise.
